Moondog again

So i finished Moondog yesterday. As I figured, it never really did tie in with teenagers. I don't understand why it was marketed as teen fiction. I did like the ending, though, more or less. Some funny comments here and there about werewolves, too. Overall a good read, if you're able to skim. I suppose the best indicator of how I feel about the book is that I ordered the next book in the series. Must have liked it somewhat, then.

I am no more weird than you are. I know you read mostly teen lit, as that is where your writing interest lies, but which ADULT novels have you read that you really enjoyed (or really hated)?

I read The Da Vinci Code and quite enjoyed it. I read an adult fantasy series called The Song of Albion that I really liked. I've read a number of Stephen King books: Salem's Lot (by the way, did I loan that to you, John?), Pet Semetery, Carrie, It, Thinner, The Dead Zone (my favorite), and Misery. I read a Tami Hoag book that I sort of liked. Night Sins, I think it was. I read a few James Patterson books: Pop Goes the Weasel (awful, awful, awful) and Cat and Mouse (which I really liked). I read Neverwhere by Neil Gaiman. I read a Salman Rushdie book that I loved called Haroun and the Sea of Stories. I just read The Curious Incident of the Dog in the Night-time, which is marketed as an adult book. I liked that quite a bit...

I think my favorite adult book/non classic is Haroun and the Sea of Stories.
